At Pago, we enjoy contributing to this lovely tapestry for so many people during holidays or special events or seemingly ordinary days turned extraordinary. Join us this Valentine’s Day to celebrate with a loved one (or several loved ones) over an exquisite meal and drink.
Our chefs (Executive Chef Phelix Gardner, Chef de Cuisine Dallas Olson and Executive Pastry Chef Natalie Keller) have crafted a five-course Valentine’s Day menu to delight your senses from first to last taste, available on Saturday, February 13th and Sunday, February 14th. After an amuse-bouche to whet your appetite, you’ll have a choice of starters, followed by an intermezzo to clear your palette, and then on to your choice of mains, and finishing with dessert. The Valentine’s Day tasting menu is offered for $85 per person plus tax/ 20% gratuity. Owner and sommelier Scott Evans has expertly paired each course with a wine selection, for an additional $35 per person.
